Reflection: This day will now be something that I'm always going to do every Friday and it will consist of me doing some kind of sport at the park or at home with a friend. This to me will be good towards my health, meaning my stress will go down, and I would like to improve my skills in the sports I like to play. The sports that I will be playing are basketball, football, and soccer and this will be done every Fridays afterschool because to me that is the time where things start to die down a bit. This gives me an opportunity to again improve my skills especially basketball because I usually play with my friends on Fridays and usually I hardly play the game right. People may think why I play basketball, and I wonder that myself too, but I say I believe that if I keep playing I will eventually become better.
To me, I can benefit a lot out of this new "Sports Day Friday". Yes, it will look like I'm just throwing the ball, kicking it, or shooting it, but everything in life has in my perspective must be worked for in order to improve. With this in mind, I will get better alongside one my IB classmate and we can learn from each other. The thing that I'm excited about is playing football the most because that is my favorite sport. Sometimes I wish I could've joined a football team, but I feel I'm not good enough and I never risk doing so. But thanks to this day for me I will keep on improving no matter, so I can someday either play in a team or maybe even teach or coach a team. Learning Outcomes:
